100 Great Jobs is for high school students figuring out what kind of work might fit them. This is where our information comes from.
Where our numbers come from.
Pay, job outlook and typical education come from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. They’re national numbers, so pay where you live can be higher or lower. Every guide lists its sources.
Every state has its own rules.
Licenses and training work differently from state to state. Check with your state and local schools before you sign up for anything.
What about AI?
Every guide has a short look at AI: where it might help, what people still do, and what nobody knows yet. That’s our best judgment, not a forecast. We’re working on a deeper look at AI for each career, so this part will grow.
